1. Prep Hair: Start with gentle brushing to detangle hair and remove tangles, followed by shampooing once or twice. This step cleans the scalp and lengths, ensuring better absorption of the mask's active ingredients.

2. Wringing and Absorption: After shampooing, wring your hair thoroughly to remove excess water. Then wrap your hair in a soft towel, gently dab to absorb the water without rubbing, to minimize friction that could damage the hair fiber.

3. Applying the mask: Apply the mask to your damp hair, starting from mid-lengths to ends. Avoid the roots so as not to grease the scalp. Use your fingers or a wide-toothed comb to distribute the product evenly.

4. Exposure time: Leave the mask to act for between 10 and 20 minutes. For maximum effectiveness, wrap your hair in a warm, damp towel to allow better penetration of the nourishing, moisturizing or reconstructive active ingredients in the mask.

5. Rinse: Rinse your hair with lukewarm water until all product is removed. Be sure to rinse thoroughly to avoid residue that could weigh down the hair or diminish its shine.

6. Drying: To dry your hair, use a hairdryer and a brush. Direct the airflow in the direction of the hair fiber while gently brushing from top to bottom. This method helps smooth the cuticle for a shiny finish and minimizes thermal damage.
